When will my order arrive?

Our Standard delivery option is 2nd class signed for, you should receive your order within 3-5 days.

Do you offer refunds?

We currently do not accept refunds. However, on the rare chance your order arrives damaged, we would need photographic evidence and offer you the balance as store credit.

Are the items sold as seen?

Each crystal is hand picked and uniquely beautiful. Our items are naturally formed therefore there may be a slight variation in looks.

If an item is sold as seen we will state it in the product description.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted if we have not shipped your order.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately not, we currently only accept orders within the UK.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer any exchanges
