Founded by Zehra Ibrahim, The Self Love Lab was born from a deep need for more inclusive, safe, and meaningful wellness spaces. What began as a personal exploration into sound therapy and nervous system care has evolved into a platform that creates intentional retreats, community gatherings, and corporate wellbeing experiences across the world.
Zehra believes that true wellness should feel warm and inclusive. She creates space for real connections to form, and rituals that feel good for you. A safe space to truly unwind and tap into Self Love.
