    Being able to listen to these powerful audios from the comfort of your own home will allow you to really sink in and immerse yourself in the meditation. In doing so, it will aid with promoting relaxation, reducing stress levels, enhancing focus and mindfulness, facilitating emotional healing, and supporting overall well-being.

  • After placing an order for our audio meditations, you will see a download audio link on your checkout page. You will also receive an email containing a downloadable audio file, allowing you to access and keep the meditation. You can download this audio file and save it to your device, for you to use daily!

  • There is no right or wrong way or time to listen to your meditations. We recommend creating a routine that works well for you so you can enjoy the process. For example, taking 20 minutes before you sleep to put your phone down and pop your headphones in to listen to a sound bath before you sleep. (For an immersive and enhanced experience, we recommend using headphones when listening to the audio meditations.)
